We are a traditional hardware store in the village of Ingatestone, Essex established in 1888, we stock thousands of lines such as paint, decorating supplies, timber, housewares, tools, plumbing, electrical, gardening supplies, locks & security products all at competitive prices. We also stock many items you may find hard to find elsewhere, there aren't many stores now where you can buy loose nuts, bolts, screws & nails but you can here. You will always find friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff at your service unlike many of the superstores, our 5 shop floor staff have over 70 years experience in the hardware trade between them.
We also offer a while you wait key and glass cutting service, a sharpening service and a large range of goods to hire.
We are a Dulux colour mixing centre with over 1700 colours available. For help choosing colours visit www.dulux.co.uk.
Thousands of wallcoverings are available to choose from our large pattern book library with next day delivery.
We stock spare parts for most electric mowers and strimmers.
If we don't have what you want in stock we can usually get it within a day or two.
